Maranda Frazier

Maranda A. Frazier, 34, a resident of Davenport, died Friday, June 8, 2018 at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme Street in Davenport.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2016 at Mt. Moriah Jehovah Jireh Church of God in Christ, 2501 E. Pleasant Street in Davenport. Private family burial will be held on Monday. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.

Born on October 8, 1983 in Louisville, Mississippi, Maranda was the daughter of Lee and Sendia (Davis) Bates. On February 9, 2007 in Louisville, she married Frederick B. Frazier.

Maranda currently worked as a CNA at the Kahl Home in Davenport. She enjoyed singing at her church and taking care of the residents at the Kahl Home. Maranda cherished her time spent with family.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Frederick; children, Elijah J. Lampkin, Fredarious Bates, Nykevia Bates, Frederick B. Frazier, Jr., and Jody Fraizer; siblings, Ashley Bates, Kenesha Davis, Kwdasha Davis, and Cornelius Davis.
