Erik Harris

Erik T. Harris, 24, of Davenport, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021 at his home.  Per his wish the rite of cremation will be accorded and his ashes will be scattered in the Pacific Ocean off of the Oregon coast.  Memorials may be made to C.A.D.S.

Erik Thornton Harris was born March 20, 1997 in Moline, the son of Jody and Kris (Thornton) Harris.

He had worked as a cook and waiter.

He loved going to music festivals, his cat Lucy, and riding around with his friends.

Survivors include his father Jody Harris; sister Erin Harris; paternal grandmother Jeanita Harris, maternal grandparents Gary and Dianne Thornton; aunts and uncles Traci (Jacob) Oleson and Megan and Scott Thornton; nieces Rienn Oleson and Anna Thornton; nephews Jory Oleson, Evan and Isaac Thornton; and boyfriend Lucas Beecham.

He was preceded in death by his mother Kris and grandfather Robert “Bob” Harris.
