Tremay Dominique Parrow, affectionately known as May May, unexpectedly left us on June 17th, 2025 at the age of 37. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 11, 2025 at Third Baptist Church, Davenport. Visitation will be held one hour before her service. Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Tremay was a cherished mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend to many. Tremay was born on May 28, 1988 in Davenport, Iowa, to Tyrone Parrow and Daniella Suell. She attended North High School and graduated in 2006.
From a young age, Tremay displayed a passion for shopping and music, which remained a central part of her life. Tremay pursued her career as a Quality Inspector, working at Oscar Mayer, best known now as Kraft Heinz, for 7 years. She was known for her dedication, hard work, and the positive impact she had on her colleagues. Tremay was especially proud of being a mother and listening to her daughter sing.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her generosity, and a laugh that could brighten up any room. She touched the lives of many with her big heart. Her legacy will continue through the hearts and minds of those who knew her. Her love and unwavering support of others will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her daughter Tramiyia, her siblings with her mother Daniella (Bennie) Suell; Ticcia (Delbert) Sykes, Ebonie (Marty) Peak, Keith (Vanessa) Hanes, Bendrick Smith, and Ben Smith; her grandfather, Deacon Joe L. Conard, and a bonus son, Darnell Smith.
She leaves her cherished siblings with her father, Tyrone (Cicely) Parrow; Tyrone Bulock, LaToya Parrow, Shameka Parrow, TyKeshia Sterdivant, Tyheme Robertson, Tresvour Robertson, Tysheonne Smith-Parrow, Audrelona Smith-Parrow, Kyasia Overstreet, Tyrone Parrow Jr., Tyshaniek Ford, MelTeseia Hubert, Tashara Williams, Ty'Liyah Parrow, Ty Ford, Tyler Blackwell, Breontan Gathright; her grandfather, John McGowan, and a bonus daughter, Dameese Bullock.
Tremay is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Ms. Wardine Parrow, and her maternal grandmother, Missionary Mary Conard.
We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every individual who took the time to support us in honoring the life and memory of Tremay. Your presence provided us with solace and strength during this difficult time, reminding us that we are not alone in our grief. The love and support shared by our family and friends have been a source of immense comfort, and we are profoundly thankful for the compassion and kindness shown to us.
