Timothy Hansen

Timothy James Hansen, 61, of Davenport, Iowa passed away, Saturday, August 6, 2022 at The Ivy at Davenport.

Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded.  Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Tim was born on September 15, 1960 to Eula and James Hansen.  He graduated from Sherrard High School.  He later lived in Ohio and married Cheryl McComas.

Tim loved his music, singing and has his own karaoke business.  During his high school years he was in a band after he taught himself to play the guitar.  He enjoyed playing pool, motorcycle rides and was very talented at fixing computers.  While at The Ivy he made very close friends and was an advocate to those who needed a voice.

Those left to honor his memory include, children Reba and Robbie of Ohio and James Richard "JR" Hansen, brother-in-law Ron Kramer of Taylor Ridge, nieces Tammy Kramer (Johnna Kay) of Moline and Kim Colson (Rob) of Sherrard, great nephew Kyle Colson and great niece Taylor Colson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Bonnie Kramer, four brothers Donald, William, Richard and James, and a nephew Kevin Kramer.
