Tim Garnica

Timothy J. Garnica, 52, of Davenport, died Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at UnityPoint-Trinity Rock Island. Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no public services at this time.

Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Timothy Joseph Garnica was born on February 29, 1972 in Davenport, a son of James J. and Martha M. (Newberry) Garnica. He graduated from Davenport North High School. Tim worked for many years at ALCOA/Arconic.

He enjoyed being with his children and building things.

Those left to honor are his children: Anna, Landon, Grace Garnica; parents, Jim and Martha Garnica, a brother, James E. (Jennifer) Garnica, and niece and nephew, Madison and Kyle Garnica. 

He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Garnica and grandparents, Duane and Rose Newberry and Joe Garnica and Lillian Aguirre. May they rest in peace.
