Tevin Bennett

December 8, 1998 — June 21, 2022

Tevin Bennett, age 23, of Davenport took his final breath unexpectedly at his home. Services will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Halligan-McCabe-Devries Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.

The sun rose and the world welcomed Tevin on December 8, 1998, a day the world became a little brighter. Tevin fought a difficult battle with epilepsy, and he no longer is fighting his demons. He will be forever loved and remembered. The family is grateful to know that Tevin is finally at peace.

Tevin’s family was everything, but he also enjoyed fishing, music, gaming, and smoking his Mary Jane. He has an infectious smile and was a ladies man. Although he never had children, his nieces and nephews, and any baby he came into contact with loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Tina West (Stevie West); father, Tyrone Bennett (Bonnie Payne); Maternal grandparents, Bonita (Randy) Schoenfelder; sisters, Cassandra Tran, Arianna Loper, AngelLeigha Loper, Teaira (Chris) Bennett, and Justina West; brothers, Tyrone (Diamond) Bennett, Treon Bennett, Andrew Tran, and Trenton Bennett.
