Terry E. Fenn, 92, of Davenport, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Per his wishes private family services were held. Burial was in the National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Memorials may be made to Clarissa Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.

Terry was born on November 15, 1933 in New London, Iowa, a son of Paul and Sarah (Wellington) Fenn. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Waters on March 29, 1958.

Terry was a proud veteran of the United States Army. After his service he worked for Kings Material for over 54 years and earned the title of plant manager. Terry learned hard work at a young age and it stuck with him his entire life. He was an avid basketball and baseball player and regular at the YMCA. He was very active and running was his passion. He was also very loyal and always kind. He was good with his hands and had a knack for woodworking. Terry was always was on the sidelines cheering on his children and grandchildren. He loved his family and cherished the moments spent with them. He will be deeply missed.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Dorothy; children Becky (Jeff) Winter, Lori (Mike) Alberts, Terry Fenn Jr; grandchildren, Michael Alberts, Chris Alberts, Maddie (Austin) Smith, Wesley Winter, Nate Fenn, Lukas Fenn; great-grandchild, Callahan Smith; special friends, Diane Nelson and niece, Debby Fenn; and caregivers, Chastity Petre, Anya Hawkins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Sarah, siblings Paul Fenn, Mike Fenn, Cheryl Beard, Gary Fenn, Donald Keith Fenn, and his grandson, Jacob Fenn.
