Tasha Schnipkoweit

Tasha Schnipkoweit, 46, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Genesis Medical Center.  

Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 12:00 pm in the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries All Faith Chapel.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.

Tasha was born on October 29, 1975 in Davenport, daughter of Douglas Dean Gradin and Kathleen Mallinger.  

Tasha was a people person and loved being around her family and friends.  She enjoyed arts and crafts and cooking, even though she wasn’t the best cook.  She was crazy about shopping and could stroll through the same store all afternoon. She also enjoyed going to the casino and singing karaoke. If Tasha was going out she could spend hours getting ready to make sure she looked just right.  She loved flowers, taffy and the movie 16 candles.  She will be sorely missed.

Those left to honor her memory include her children, Justyn Schnipkoweit and Emma Munson; mother Kathy Mallinger; grandmother Barb Estes; sister Cassie Dohman; best friend Missy Bahrs; cousin Amber Labarge and many other family members.

She was preceded in death by her father Douglas, sister Danielle Mallinger, uncle Scott Mallinger, and cousins Tiffany Glancy, Blake Mallinger, Morgan Lamp, and her fiancé Jim Jantz.
