Tammy Miner

January 3, 1962 — September 21, 2025

Tammy Lee Miner, 63, of Bettendorf, passed away, Sunday, September 21, 2025 at MercyOne Genesis Medical Center.

Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at Hampton Heritage Center, 251 S State Ave, Hampton, IL on Saturday October 4, 2025 from 11:30am to 3:00pm. Memorials may be made to the family.

Tammy was born on January 3, 1962 in Moline, Illinois, daughter of Jack Monnier and Karolyn Wynn. She was united in marriage to Randy Miner on April 21, 1999.

Tammy was very fond of animals and loved many pets and grandpets throughout her life. She enjoyed living in the country and being outdoors glamping, kayaking, and swimming. She especially enjoyed family water fights with squirt guns and water balloons. She had traveled to Branson, Missouri many times and made countless memories during her trips. She was known for her homemade pizza, delicious brownies, and her love of shopping and game nights. Above all else she loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband Randy; children Joshua (Brandie) DeClerck, Jane (Benjamin) DeClerck, Megan (Kyle) DeClerck and Erin Miner; grandsons Carsen Minter and Dylan DeClerck; siblings Todd (Marilyn) Monnier and Kelly (Jeremiah) Jones; mother Karolyn Monnier; mother-in-law Deborah (Floyd) Kelly; and 6 loving dogs and 4 adoring cats.

She was preceded in death by her father and many beloved pets.
