Shukela Marie Parrow

Shukela Marie Parrow 41 was Born July 03, 1981 in Davenport IA to Shirley A Parrow & the late Frank Carter she departed this life on July 26, 2022 at her home. 

She preceded in death by her baby girl, Chantel; grandma's, Wardine Parrow, and Irene Carter; stepfather, Timmie Cole Sr; uncle, Lee H. Parrow; aunt, Helen Parrow. Shukela was a loving child, sister, mother, cousin, and friend. She had a big heart and loved everyone and she didn’t want to see anyone go without and would give her last. 

She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Tatum Joshlin Tribble; mother, Shirley A. Parrow;  sisters, Phylicia (Dontea) Hearn, Teriona Edwards, and Lataya Johnson; brothers, Timmie Cole Jr., and Durrell Cole; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
