Shaun Turner

Dishaun “Shaun” Turner, 19, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Skylight Medical Center, Nashville, TN, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, January 2, 2026, at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Family will greet friends from 11:00am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.

Shaun was born on December 26, 2005, a son of Nichole Meiborg. He graduated from Davenport West High School, class of 2024.

Shaun was a very kind young man with a giving spirit. He enjoyed listening to music and playing basketball. Above all he loved his family and cherished the moments he spent with them.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother Nichole Meiborg; stepfather Timothy Calvert; siblings Ciara Klinghammer, Caliah Klinghammer and Timothy Calvert, III; grandfather Scott Utterback; best friends Garrett Nelson and Dax Otero; significant other Amber Reyes; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family would like to thank the medical staff at Skylight Medical Center for all of their love and support during this difficult time.
