Raymond L. Watson

   Raymond L. Watson, age 74, of Davenport, passed away, on Monday, February 20, 2023 at his home. According to his wishes, cremation will take place with no services at this time.

   Ray was born on November 29, 1948 in Davenport to Wyatt and Vivian (Duncan) Watson.

Ray graduated from Davenport High School and began working at IH Farmall until it closed. He was also a mechanic end enjoyed working on cars. In addition, he also bought houses to remodel and sell. He was united in marriage to Rita Stark on January 29, 1971 in Davenport.

   Survivors include his wife, Rita; son, Randy Watson; grandchildren, Anna and Alex; and a brother, Ronnie Watson.

   In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by a son, Ryan.
