Perrell T. Patton

I am heartbroken to announce the death of my father Perrell T Patton. He passed away peacefully at the age of 57 surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Terrell Spencer Patton and his mother Francis Scott. He is survived by his Brother James Taylor, Wife Donna Moody, daughters Tayea Foulks, Tavia Hester and Raven Kelso and a host of Grandchildren and cousins. Special family members Yavonne and Henry. Special friends Carla and Odessa. He enjoyed hanging out with Family and cooking. He was a great cook and always had a recipe to share. Anyone who knows him knows he is having a good time. When he calls and you hear “Yeah Baby “it instantly brings a smile to your face.  He was a hard worker and could tell you how to fix anything. Perrell spent some time in the army and would often share stories of his experiences. He enjoyed traveling. He gave good advice.  Whenever anyone needed advice, he was always a shoulder to lean on and had bible verses and personal experiences to guide you in the right direction, he would tell me he lived by this “Don’t go sweeping anyone else’s back porch if you’re own porch isn’t clean” and I always understood what he was saying. Memorial services will be held Friday, Sept 8th at 1221 Myrtle Street, Davenport, IA, 52804 number 563-323-1821 from 12-2:30pm With repass following.
