Above all else, family was her greatest joy. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and she especially cherished time spent with her grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure.

Survivors include her children Max (Sue) Stanley of Ponte Vedra, FL, Todd (Kelly) Stanley of Foxfield, CO, Dan (Ginger) Steiger of Butler, TN, Mary Sammon of Davenport; grandchildren Brenna (Anthony) White, Danielle (Ron) Skrogstad, Ryan Steiger, Jimmie (Ashley) Henry, Lara Rich (Randy), Brad Denney (Angela); eleven great grandchildren; sister and best friend Carole Scherz of Davenport; several nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
