Michelle Mulvehill

Michelle Lee Mulvehill, 51, a resident of Davenport, died Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at her home.

A private memorial service will be held and may be viewed via live-stream at 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 7, 2020. A link will appear on her obituary listed at www.hmdfuneralhome.com . Memorials may be made to the family.

Michelle was born May 26, 1969 in Davenport, the daughter of Mark and Trudy (Volande) Mulvehill.

Michelle enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She had the biggest and most caring heart, opening her home to many members of her family.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Christina Genther of Davenport and Sarah (Jake Ferkel) Schutters of Montpelier, Iowa; grandchildren, Izabella Genther and Layla Ferkel, and two grandsons on the way; her mother, Trudy Reicks of Davenport; her step-father who raised her, Louie (Beverly) Reicks of Davenport; siblings, Pat (Cheryl) Mulvehill, Tina Hernandez of Davenport, William Griffiths of Wellington, Colorado, Brian Reicks, LuAnne Aburto, Lisa (Rob) Seals, Rachelle (James) Lindquist, Tanja LaMar, and Tara Reicks, all of Davenport; and special friends, Cathie and Steve Hahn, and Colin Genther.

She was preceded in death by her father, Mark; sister, Patricia; and grandson, Kayden.
