Michael Joseph Ledger

Michael Joseph Ledger, 74, a resident of Davenport, died Saturday, November 5, 2022 at his home.

A Memorial Services celebrating his life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport. Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery. A luncheon to follow at The New Wooden Nickel 2042 W 3rd St. Davenport, Iowa. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 14^th at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mike was born August 24, 1948 in Davenport. He married Sandra Kay “Sam” Levitski, August 1, 1970. She preceded him in death, November 19, 2010.

Mike served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as operations manager at Roederer Transfer and Storage in Davenport for 38 years, retiring in 2018. Mike enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, coaching soccer, working on cars, and going to the casino.

Those left to honor his memory include his sons, Jason (Charity) Ledger and Jeff (Nicole) Ledger, both of Davenport; grandchildren, Santana, Jennifer, Shyanne, Kirsten, Ryan, Noah, and Spencer; and great-grandson, Brooks.

He was preceded in death by his son, Patrick and sister, Phyllis Cloudus.
