Michael Dumerauf

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Michael E. “Dumer” Dumerauf, 28, a resident of Davenport, will be from 1pm to 6pm Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Buffalo Community Center, 426 Clark Street, Buffalo, Iowa.  Per his wishes, the rite of cremation was accorded and there will be no other services.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Dumer passed away unexpectantly Sunday, July 25, 2021 at his home.  Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Michael Edward Dumerauf was born July 14, 1993 in Davenport, a son of John Reisdorf and Theresa Dumerauf.  He married Emily Bradley.  Dumer enjoyed playing with his kids and hanging out with his buddies.  He loved riding his Harley motorcycle and working on trucks.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Emily Dumerauf; children:  Ava Olson (age 7); Hank Dumerauf (age 4) and Charlie Dumerauf (age 2); parents:  John Reisdorf and Theresa Dumerauf; siblings:  Levi (Yuxiu Li) Hall; John A. Leach; John M. Hall; Russ Hall; Alexis Olivera, Deja Dumerauf, Josh Dumerauf, David England, Kristina (Kayla) Williams, Savannah (Nickolus) Wiebel, Vickie (Joseph) Fretto, Peter (Liz) Fretto.
