Mary Ann Jaros

Mary Ann Jaros, 86, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Genesis East, Davenport.  The rite of cremation has been accorded and graveside services will be held at 11am on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Davenport.

Mary Ann was born March 3, 1937, in Davenport, a daughter of Anthony Francis and Leona Bertha (Allar) Jaros.

Prior to her retirement she had worked in the offices of doctors Bondi and Morrissey and later as a clerk for the President Riverboat Casino.

Those left to honor her memory include her nieces and nephews Kevin Jaros of Davenport, Pam Cowherd of Bettendorf, Mike Jaros of North Liberty, Bill Jaros of Bettendorf, Dan Jaros of Davenport, Holly Jaros of Denver, CO, Bob McCarthy of Ankeny, IA, and Tammy McCarthy, of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Roger Jaros, and sister Donna McCarthy.  May they rest in peace.
