Mary Ann Geneseo, 81, passed away peacefully at her home in Davenport on November 1, 2025.

Born to Barney and Geneva Geneseo on January 14, 1944, in Hot Coal, West Virginia, Mary Ann dedicated her professional life to serving others. She began her career as a waitress at Jay's Stop-n-Feed in West Virginia before moving on to a position on the production line at Quad City Die Casting.

Mary Ann was known for her compassionate spirit that touched many lives. In her personal time, she enjoyed simple pleasures like puzzles, gardening, and her favorite treats: M&M's, peanut butter, and ice cream. As a devoted Green Bay Packers fan, she created lasting memories sharing game days with friends and family.

Mary Ann is survived by her sister, Carol Bower, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Geneva; her sisters, Shirley Gobb and Tresea Henderson; her brother-in-law, Dennis Henderson; and her nephew, Eric Henderson.

Mary Ann Geneseo leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and unwavering support for those fortunate enough to know her. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.
