Marilyn Joan Shoultz

Marilyn Joan Shoultz, 88, of Davenport passed away, Monday, May 6, 2024.

 Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded.   

Marilyn was born on October 12, 1935 in Huron, South Dakota, daughter of Andrew and Agnes (Stahl) Waldner.  She was united in marriage to Gary T. Shoultz.  He preceded her in death.

Marilyn had worked for Rudy’s Tacos for over 30 years.   She enjoyed country music, traveling, crocheting, and playing bingo.  She found joy in watching football, NASCAR, and Cubs baseball.   Marilyn had a soft sport for her Yorkies.  Above all she loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.  She will be deeply missed.  

Those left to honor her memory include her son Jeff (Pam) Shoultz; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; siblings Kay Shoultz, Daryl Waldner and Bob Waldner; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, children Gary Shoultz, Jr., Rhonda Baker, Rod Moeding, and David Moeding; grandchild Jacob Shoultz and great grandchild Grace Baker.
