Marilyn Riedesel

A celebration of life for Marilyn Stella Riedesel, 83, of Davenport, will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2019, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4444 W. Kimberly Rd., Davenport. Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.  Honoring Marilyn’s wishes, cremation rites were accorded. Memorials may be made to the family. Marilyn passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019, at Kahl Home in Davenport.

Marilyn Stella Rose was born August 22, 1935 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Frances Rose.  Marilyn retired after working at Ross’ Restaurant for many years.

Survivors include her children, Tami (Steve) Jones, Colona, IL, Kyle Riedesel, Bettendorf, and Ryan (Charmin) Riedesel, Blue Grass, IA; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Jeff Riedesel, and a daughter Kenlyn Pratt.
