Kimberly A. Frison

Funeral services celebrating the life of Kimberly Anne Frison, 54, of Davenport, will be held at 11:30am on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Mt. Sinai Christian Fellowship COGIC, 4706 NW Blvd, Davenport.  Burial will follow in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport.  Visitation will be from 10am until the time of services at the church.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Ms. Frison passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, IL.  Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport, is assisting the family.

Kim was born December 23, 1968, in Davenport, a daughter of Rev. William Henry Frison Sr. and Helen Marie Gillespie-Frison.  She was a graduate of Davenport Assumption High School, Class of 1987, and the attended St. Ambrose University.

Her faith journey started at Mt. Olive COGIC and she was currently a member of Mt. Sinai COGIC.

She was an incredibly sweet, caring, and loving person who would give you the proverbial shirt off her back.  She loved to bake, cook, sing in the choir, and play the clarinet.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter Helen Frison of Davenport; sister Sheila (Marvin) Marshall Sr. of Davenport; brother William (Shawnee) Frison Jr of Moline; uncle Eugene (Mary) Minnis of Davenport; nephews Marvin Marshall Jr, William Frison III, Genaro Frison-Pena; niece Armeika Marshall; and a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant siblings Dorcas and Kevin, and cousin Tanya Barnes-Smith.  May they rest in peace.
