Jennifer Quandt

Jennifer Quandt, 51, of Davenport, passed away, Saturday, May 24, 2025 at her home.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the time of services at the funeral home. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family made payable to Katrina Masakowski. Please dress casual and wear one of her favorite sports teams attire.

Jennnifer was born on November 12, 1973 in Davenport, daughter of Ronald “Squeek” and Sandra “Sandy” (Rich) Jones. She was united in marriage to Richard Charles Quandt. He preceded her in death. She later found companionship with Joe Gibson.

Jennifer was an open book and was very outgoing. She would always put others first and would do anything for anyone. She was very hardworking, dedicated and loyal. She was an amazing mother and never missed a practice or game for her children while they were growing up. Jennifer enjoyed shopping, especially for shoes and purses, the farmers markets, yardwork and collecting hedgehogs. She was the selfie queen and was known as “Bitch #2”. She also enjoyed sports and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, Green Bay Packers, Indiana Fever and the Chicago White Sox. She loved her people and looked forward to her girls trips. Above all else she loved her children and grandchildren and cherished the time spent with them. She will be deeply missed.

Those left to honor her memory include her children Lexi (Nick) Keppy, Kaitlyn (Kyle) Franklin and Richie Quandt; grandchildren Peyton Mowery, Tate Keppy, Bennett Franklin and Blakely Keppy; father Squeek Jones; sister Cindy (Shawn) Agan; significant other Joe Gibson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sandy, and her husband Richard.
