James Joseph "Joe" Quinn III

Joe Quinn, 66, of Davenport, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Select Specialty Hospital, Davenport. Cremation has been accorded.

James Joseph Quinn III was born on September 22, 1960, in Davenport, to James and Vera (Langfeldt) Quinn. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from St. Louis University.

Joe had worked as a social worker, paraeducator, and as a daycare leader at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Davenport.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his son Michael.

Survivors include his sons Michael Quinn and Connor Quinn of Davenport; and sisters Kim Quinn, Jean Johnson, and Anne Quinn of Davenport.

He was preceded in death by his sister Barb Quinn, parents, and niece Crystal Newman.
