Jacori Finley

Celebrating the life of Jacori Ali Finley. Whom was born December 9th, 2009. In Davenport Iowa. The son of Gabrielle Anderson & Eric Finley. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2022 at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

 

Cori loved gaming, money, sports (with basketball being his favorite), music and hanging out with friends & family.

 

He was strong, smart, loving, caring, silly, protective, active and full of joy with a smile that stretched from cheek to cheek. 

But behind that smile, hid depression & mental health issues that seemed unbearable to overcome. As it heavily lingered on Cori’s young mind & heart quietly, for years on end. We come to you all in loving memory, to inform you that Cori is no longer hurting from his suffering battles & to let you all know. That we can not take on his pain for him, for he is at peace of no more suffering worry. He is free at last & will be loved beyond his days.

 

Those left to honor his memory include Grandparents : Elouise Washington, Albert Finley, Pat Tutwiler, Roberta Anderson and Willie Powell.

Cori touched many lives in his 13 years on earth & truly will be missed. There are many people that love Cori & we can’t possibly name them all, but want each of you to know, that you are not forgotten & his love for you will never end.
