Isaac Matthew Putnam

Isaac Matthew Montgomery Putnam, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on January 29, 2026, at just 7 weeks old. Isaac was born on December 6, 2025, to Carmen Putnam and Nicholas Montgomery.

Though his time on earth was brief, Isaac was deeply loved and brought immeasurable joy and light to his family. His presence, however short, forever changed the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Isaac is survived by his parents, Carmen Putnam and Nicholas Montgomery; grandparents, Matthew Putnam and Amanda Cooper, and Heidi Walsh; aunts and uncles, Nathaniel, Kara, Adynn, Stephene, Olivia, and paternal aunt Connie; great-grandparents, James Putnam and Victoria Putnam; paternal grandparents, Howard Montgomery and Kristen Wilson; and many other loving extended family members.

An angel in the book of life wrote down our baby's birth,

Then whispered as he closed the book, "Too beautiful for earth."

Though his time was brief, he left footprints on our hearts

That will never, ever fade.
