Greg Canaday

Greg C. Canaday, 72, died on August 10, 2021 in Davenport.

There will be no services held. Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport is assisting the family with arrangements.

Greg’s lifelong struggle with alcoholism was not without kindnesses shown to him over the years by staff of the Humility of Mary Shelter, First Midwest Bank employees, the Relax Inn Hotel manager, and the respectful officers and staff of the Davenport Police Department.

He is survived by his three children and brother, Ron Canaday.
