Frank E. Wiener, 84, of Eldridge, died unexpectedly, Thursday, December 25, 2025. Private graveside services will be held at Rock Island Memorial Park with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to King’s Harvest Pet Rescue.

Frank Ernest Wiener was born on May 30, 1941 in Davenport, a son of Bonnie L. (Rizor) and Ernest W. Wiener, Jr. He proudly served our country in the Navy from 1959 until 1963. Frank drove a truck for Ameritech, formerly AT&T and Northwestern Bell. He retired in 1998 following 35 years of service.
Frank married Lee Jennings. He then was united in marriage to Diana Marston in 1980. She preceded him in death in 1988. He later married Alicia “Diane” Maguire on May 12, 1995. She preceded him in death on September 3, 2019.
Frank enjoyed being around family and caring for his grandsons when they were young. He also enjoyed working in his yard, watching the Hallmark Channel and Walking Dead as well as reading Readers Digest. In his younger years, he bowled in a league alongside his father.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters: Sherry (Shane) Howard, Reynolds, Illinois, Theresa (Wayne) Judkins, Lanark, Illinois, Faith Wiener, Aurora, Colorado, and Robin (Michael) Paar, Davenport, and grandsons, Blake Judkins, Clear Lake, Iowa, and Blain Judkins (Kylee Friederichs), College Station, Texas; a brother and sister-in-law, Herb (Judy) Wiener, Rock Island and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wives, Diana and Diane, he was preceded in death by his parents. His brother, James Wiener passed on January 2, 2026. May they all rest in peace.
