Eva McDowell's Obituary
Eva Grace McDowell, 88, of Davenport, died Thursday, July 16, 2026, surrounded by her family.
Eva was born on July 20, 1937, in Missouri, to Carl and Alva Dean McQuay.
She married the love of her life, Leroy McDowell, in June of 1957.
Family will greet visitors on Thursday, July 30th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Halligan, McCabe, Devries Funeral Home
Services to celebrate Eva's amazing life will be held on Friday, July 31st, beginning at 11:00 am at Progressive Baptist Church, 1302 E. 12th St., Davenport, IA.
There will be an additional visitation one hour before the Celebration of Life Services.
