Chelsea Rae Tensley was born on March 25, 1992, in Davenport, Iowa, to Brenda Hannah and David Tensley, Sr. She was educated in the Davenport Community School System and grew into a woman whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.
Chelsea had a gift for braiding hair and a heart devoted to caring for those she loved. In 2013, she married Robert Travis, and together they built a beautiful family. Chelsea embraced motherhood with open arms, nurturing not only her four biological children but also welcoming Robert's eldest son, Javerreon, as her own. Her love knew no boundaries, and her generous spirit made her beloved by all who knew her.
