Cecelia A. Brasch

Cecelia A. Brasch, 62, of Davenport, IA passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022, at her home, surrounded by loved ones.

Cecelia, “Tooty,” was born December 7, 1960, to Ralph and Theresa (Lasecki) Brasch. Tooty was an avid ice skater who skated competitively in her younger years. Tooty also loved the outdoors and loved animals. One of her favorite things to do was take her dog, Cooper, to West Lake with her son, Adam. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, fishing, reading, and spending time with her family. Tooty loved her grandchildren more than anything in this world.

Those left to honor her memory include her significant other, Kevin Nass; her children, Joshua (Aimee) Brasch, Elizabeth Brasch, and Adam Brasch; grandchildren, Hailey, Abbigail, Hannah, Allison, Shawna, Ralph, and Lucian; great-granddaughter, Yeliah; and siblings, Dennis (Thalia) Brasch, Pamela (Tom) Hobbs, and Merry (John) McCallister. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Deborah Wilcher Dobbs.

A Celebration of Life service will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport, IA. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
