Brian Paul Webb, 57, of Davenport, passed away on February 23, 2026, at his home after battling a brief illness. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to King's Harvest No Kill Shelter.

Brian was born on April 3, 1968, in Davenport. He graduated from Davenport West High School. He worked as a tool and die maker for 20 years at Douglas Machine. In 2013, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Mindy Scott.

Brian loved racing and took pride in his racing car. He was a proficient tinker and could fix just about anything that involved cars. Brian was an animal lover and even adopted four of his own. Above all else, Brian loved his family.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Honey (Mike) Ziemann; father, Gary Webb (Vicki); sisters, Brandy Ziemann and Jenna Webb (Bryant); brother, Gary William (Robin) Webb; aunts, Charlene, Marlene, Sharon, Debbie, Linda and Kathy; Uncles, Steve and Robert; nieces and nephews, Wyatt, Jasmyn, Taylynn and Cy; several close cousins, and two honorary sisters, Valerie Ehlers and Leslie Ehlers.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mindy; sister, Karey Ann, and stepmother, Cynthia Webb.
