Anna Hitchcock

Anna M. Hitchcock, 63, of Davenport, died Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Good Samaritan, Davenport.  Keeping with her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services.

Anna was born on May 5, 1958 in Iowa City, Iowa, a daughter of William S. and Bessie (Hendricksen) Hitchcock.  Anna as very talented, she made her own jewelry pieces and sold them.  She also worked in the jewelry department at Ardan’s Department Store in Davenport.

Anna enjoyed cooking; she was always searching for new recipes.  She loved music; playing the guitar and singing karaoke.   She also loved her dogs, Dusty, Morgan, Luna, and Buddy.

Survivors include her siblings: Bill (Judy) Hitchcock, Davenport, Sandra (Mike) Quinn, Davenport, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Michael Hitchcock, and a nephew, Casey “Shrek” Hitchcock.  May they rest in peace.
