Mark was born on August 12, 1953 in Davenport, Iowa, a son of Robert E. and Vanetta J. Vandello. He served our country in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
Mark loved to play board games and dominos; he was often competitive and sometimes a poor loser :) Mark was an avid reader and movie buff who enjoyed spending his last days with loved ones. The family would also like to express deep gratitude to Chris Vandello for being the caretaker that blessed Mark in his final weeks with loving care and companionship.
